Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
BVOLO offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn where applicable, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, with any original tags, accessories, and included components. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Email support@bvolo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos where possible.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please wait for these instructions before shipping your item.
Our return address is:
BVOLO

Albuquerque, NM 87110
United States
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind or no longer want it. This applies to both domestic and international returns.
Free shipping on your original order does not include free return shipping.
If BVOLO provides a return shipping label, we will disclose its cost and obtain your agreement before deducting that amount from your refund.
For international returns, contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct shipping and customs instructions. Any applicable return-related customs or carrier charges will be explained before you proceed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from what you ordered, please contact support@bvolo.compromptly.
BVOLO will cover the necessary return shipping costs for these items. Please contact us before arranging shipping so we can provide an appropriate return method.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
-
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.
-
Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.
-
Personal care products that are unsuitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons.
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
-
Sale items.
-
Gift cards.
These exclusions do not remove your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, first request a return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
Contact support@bvolo.com to exercise this right and receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of change-of-mind return shipping, where permitted by applicable law.
Your statutory rights take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we refund the returned item’s purchase price. Customer-paid return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Any agreed return label cost may be deducted from the refund.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact support@bvolo.com.
