These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with BVOLO, 16 Laurel Terrace, Doncaster DN4 8RH, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Products and prices
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately; small differences in colour or size may occur. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable; if so, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. See our Payment Policy.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
See our Shipping Policy, Cancel Your Order and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Use of the website
Content on this website belongs to BVOLO or its suppliers. You may use it for personal shopping only and must not misuse the website or try to disrupt it.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
