How to cancel
- Email support@bvolo.com with the subject "Cancel order".
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We reply to confirm whether the cancellation was successful.

Your refund
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Already dispatched?
If your order has already shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives under our 30-day Refund Policy.
