30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and, where possible, in their original packaging.

This is in addition to your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return an item

1. Email support@bvolo.com (or call 01302 856521) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we email you to confirm your refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return cost and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.

Damaged or faulty items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See our Warranty Policy.

• Items that have been used, unless faulty
